Playful kiss is ONE OF THE BEST K-DRAMAS I HAVE EVER SEEN.I'm ranking it really high like Reply 1997 high.And if you have watched Reply 1997, you will definitely know what I'm talking about.I was so obsessed with it, that I actually saw the entire drama in less than a week.It's the first time that I finish a drama this quickly.(That proves how AWESOME it is)

                                                                  THE PLOT
Oh Ha-ni is a sweet and social high school girl who for the past 4 years is in love with Baek Seung-jo, the high school genius whose IQ is 200.One day Oh Ha-ni finds the courage and writes him a love letter and puts it in his locker.Seung-jo finds the letter and after a little while he finds Ha-ni and gives her her letter back.Thrilled that her crush had replied back, Ha-ni opens the letter to see that Seung-jo hadn't actually replied back, but in reality he had graded her letter with D minus.His words were "I really hate stupid girls".

Feeling pretty bad about what happened in school Ha-ni invites her friends to see her new house, a beautiful house with 2 floors and an amazing (for my taste) decoration.While they were having dinner,a sudden earthquake occurs and her beautiful house tears down.
As the only family whose house was destroyed by the earthquake Ha-ni and her father were interviewed on tv.Baek Soo-chang,Baek Seung-jo's father who was very close friend with Oh Ki-dong,Oh Ha-ni's father when they were in high school, sees him on tv and calls him to invite him and Ha-ni to live with them until their new house is finished.So,when Ha-ni and her father go to Baek Soo-chang's house, Ha-ni sees Seung-jo and realizes that from now on she and her crush are gonna live under the same roof.

 

                                                                 MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS

 The character that I loved and enjoyed the most in this drama was Jung Hye-young as Hwang Guem-hee Baek Seung-jo's mom.And not only me.Apparently everyone who have watched this drama loved Guem-hee from the comments I read on Youtube.The reason that I like her is because she is this cute, lovable person that loves Oh Ha-ni like she was her daughter and does everything in her power to make Ha-ni and Seung-jo a couple.In the most sweetest ways.
The other character that I loved is Jung So-min,the female lead.She portrayed Oh Ha-ni perfectly.Her acting skills are flawless.
                              


                    THE SETTINGS
 

Something else that caught my eye was the settings.I really love nice and beautiful settings and every setting in this drama was just perfect.Seung-jo's house had an amazing decoration and each room reflected on each character perfectly.Beautiful furnitures and colorful wallpapers made you want to live in Seung-jo's house or to have a room like Oh Ha-ni had.
The same thing goes for Oh Ha-ni's family restaurant.

School 2013

is very different from any other k-drama I have seen so far.And why?Well,first of all you won't see anything related to romance in this drama.Nada.Not even one kiss.And why you may ask once again?That's because the priority of this drama is to show us how the schools,and in general,how the educational system works in South Korea.It has nothing to do with romantic relationships between teenagers in high school.It mostly deals with serious issues such as bullying,the pressure that the kids go through because of their parents and how the teachers can be involved in their student's lives.Actually the last one is quite interesting.You see,in my country the teachers don't involve in any way in their student's lives.They only teach us what is needed to be teached and that's it.Nothing less nothing more.But in South Korea the teachers are highly involved.From what I have seen from this k-drama all the teachers have the phone numbers of their students and if a kid doesn't come to school they call him/her to see where they are,why they are not coming,if they are ok and what's going on.It may sound a little bit extreme but I find it very cute,kind and sweet because it shows that the teachers are actually care and they are not just standing there teaching things.I have learned a lot about the educational system in S.Korea.One other thing that surprised me was that if any kid comes late,he/she has to pay a fee.Quite interesting,right?
So,what's the plot of this k-drama?The drama shows us the life of Go Nam-soon a teenage boy and his friend since they were little kids Park Heung-soo.Actually their bromance is what will make you to wanna watch this drama.These 2 have gone through many difficulties in their lives and try hard to save what it seems to be one of the most amazing friendships I have ever seen.
I know that it might sounds boring but trust me it isn't.Every episode is full of what else?Drama,moral issues and 2 incredible teachers.And trust me when I say that you're gonna love the teachers.Jung In-jae is such a kind-hearted teacher who really and I mean REALLY cares about her students and Kang Se-chan is a handsome,smart and bright teacher that any kid would want him as him/her teacher.Did I mention how handsome he is?ㅋㅋㅋ^^

Secret Garden

Ha Ji-won,Yoo In-na,Lee Jong Suk:These 3 were the reason I start watching "Secret Garden" in the first place.But while watching it,this drama gave me a bunch of reasons to love it even more.
When "To the beautiful you" came to its end I was in a big dilemma:I didn't know which k-drama to watch next:"Coffee Prince" or "Secret Garden".I decided to watch the second one mainly because of Ha Ji-won."King 2 hearts" was the first k-drama I ever watched and Ha Ji-won was the main protagonist.I loved her and her acting skills so much,so I wanted to watch her in another drama once more.Plus "Secret Garden" is considered one of the most amazing k-dramas and every k-popper should definitely watch it.So,I did!!!!
Gil Ra Im(Ha Ji-won)is a stuntwoman.She lost her father when she was only 17,so that made her a very strong and independent woman who doesn't need anything or anyone to help her with her life.She lives with her best friend Im Ah Young(Yoo In-na).
On the other hand Kim Joo Won(Hyun Bin)is an arrogant CEO.He only wears clothes designed by famous designers,he doesn't seem to care very much about his job and when his mother tries to set him up with girls who come from very wealthy families,he rejects every single one of them.One good thing in his life though is his older cousin Oska.Oska is a famous singer whom I didn't like very much at first but now I came to love him.His personality is so funny,he has this full of life life what's not to love about him?Anyway when Oska gets involved in a sex scandal he asks the help of his little cousin.He tells him to find the girl who was involved in the sex scandal too and take back the pictures she supposedly took.One little,tiny problem though is that Kim Joo Won doesn't know how the girl looks like.So,when he went to the set and asked for Park Chae Rin someone from the staff accidentally pointed at Gil Ra Im who replaces Park Chae Rin when it comes to the action scenes.From the moment they met,these 2 can't seem to be able to be apart from each other.Especially when they drink a mysterious "juice" that a woman offered them.When both of them wake up the following day they realised that they have switch bodies!!!
Ha Ji-won and Hyun Bin's chemistry is purely amazing.I have seen 5 k-dramas so far and in Secret Garden I saw scenes I never thought I would see in a k-drama(K-poppers know what I'm talking about ; ) 
As for my next k-drama?That's an easy choice.It's school 2013.And why?Because Lee Jong Suk plays in it!He is so handsome,isn't he?

My 5th k-drama...a total of 16 episodes and I have seen the first 12 ones.Only 4 left : ( That's ok.I still have a few episodes to watch,haven't I?kekeke

I really like the characters of this drama.One of my favorite is Cha Eun Kyul.He is full of energy,always trying to pursue his dreams and with a smile on his face.I love how optimistic he is.(I wish to be more like him!)The second one is Goo Jae Hee.The girl that pretends to be a boy.How bold you have to be to do that,huh?A girl goes undercover in a male school to complete her goal;To see Kang Tae Joon jump againAnd last but not least my favorite character from to the beautiful you;Kang Tae Joon.A bright boy,a gold medalist who after an injury quits from his chance to high jump again.When he finds out that Jae Hee is a girl instead of telling the principal the truth he does the exact opposite.He keeps that secret to himself.Why?Because he wants Jae Hee by his side.And that's what I love about him.He is so patient with her,always protecting her and does everything in his power for not letting other people find out the truth.

I know how it's gonna end(One friend of mine told me)But I wanna see how the story will unfold.It's such a funny story full of teenagers,sports,dreams and love.And Minho and Sulli as the leads in this drama is what made me watch it in the first place!

Reply 1997

Reply 1997 is by far the best sitcom ever,hands down.Where do I begin?From the amazing storyline and the actors or from the spectacular music to how the story ends?If I could I would had written 20 pages to describe this sitcom.But I will try not to do that...or will I?

Reply 1997 aired it's first episode on July 24th 2012 and it's last episode on September 18th 2012.When it started airing viewers and critics immediately loved it saying that is a remarkable sitcom that everyone should watch it.

This sitcom starts in a  restaurant where the class of 1997 gathers together for the high school reunion dinner.Through the episodes we time travel in 1997 and watch how they were as teenagers.As the first episode ends we find out that at this reunion one couple will announce their engagement.

Trust me when I say that you will LOVE the moments when they were teenagers.The things they did were hilarious and it's so sweet to see how close these friends were.

The scenes when the gang is at the reunion is pretty funny too!!!When will you find out which couple is gonna get married,you will also find out that Sung Shin-won is pregnant.But who is the father?Mmm...that is gonna be revealed in the LAST episode and those who can wait will stay away and not read any spoiler.Trust me you will be tempted.I wanted to know who the father was so bad but I decided to wait.The feeling I got when I found out who is the father of her baby is indescribable.I suggest you to do the same.

Heartstrings

I decided to watch this Korean drama because of Yonghwa.The singer of CNblue is one of my many biases and to be able to see him everyday through this drama is something that I actually like (Yes,a proud boice here) : )
  Ok so the story goes something like this;Lee Shin is a university student majoring in Western music.He is also the singer of the band The stupid,the most popular band in the school.So,guess what;Every single girl is in love with him.But he doesn't want any of these girls as he is in love with the dancer professor.
 Lee Gyu Won goes to the same university that Lee Shin goes to but she is majoring in traditional Korean instruments as her grandfather Lee Dong Gun is a famous traditional musician.
 One day these two make a bet to see which department is better.The rest I'm gonna leave it for you guys to see as I don't want to tell you any spoiler.
 One of my favorite K-dramas that I suggest to watch it.The O.S.T  is purely amazing as well.You will hear many of the songs through the drama and the majority of them are sung by Yonghwa,Shin-hye and Minhyuk.
 Here you can listen the theme song "You have fallen from me" sung by Yonghwa.He has an amazing voice hasn't he?

Queen Inhyun's Man

When King 2 hearts came to its end I was in a dilemma.I didn't know which Korean drama to see next.One day while I was reading the latest news at allkpop.com I came across with an article that said that Ji Hyun-woo and Yoo In-na the 2 lead roles in Queen Inhyun's man are now dating in real life too!!"That's it!"I said."I just found my next Korean drama"!!!
   Synopsis;Choi Hee-jin is a cute,lovable girl who is trying to leave her mark in the acting world.When she finally gets the part of Queen Inhyun in a historical tvserie,she finds herself from unpopular to popular.One thing that she really hates though is that she has to work with her ex-boyfriend Han Dong-min who is the co-star in the drama.
Now,300 years ago in 1694 we come across with Kim Boong-do a noble scholar who his life is always at risk as he tries to reveal a plot against the king and queen.As many people want him dead,Yoon-wol,a girl who is in love with him,gives him a talisman which will protect him if anyone wants to hurt him.Eventually this theory becomes reality and when someone tries to kill him,he time travels in 2012 and meets Hee-jin.
  One thing that is really amazing in this drama is its characters..Each character is one of a kind.My favorite is Kim Jin-woo who plays Han Dong-min.Whenever I see him during a scene I know that I'm gonna laugh!He is just sooo funny and he does an awesome job with the lines he is given to.Plus he is soo HOT!!!
I really loved this serie very much.It made me laugh many times but then again it made me cry a 100 times even more.It wouldn't be a Korean drama otherwise,would it?

King 2 hearts (Part 2)

In King 2 hearts (part 1) I told you everything you need to know about my favorite drama plus a little few things about the love story between the 2 main characters.
In King 2 hearts (part 2) I'm gonna tell you about another one amazing couple.Princess Lee Jae Shin and Eun Shi Kyung.
Princess Lee Jae Shin makes her appearance in episode 6.She is a very bold and strong character.You will understand that right away because as soon as she arrives to South Korea she goes to sing in a club. That's when the queen sends guards of the royal guard to go and find her.Eun Shi Kyung who belongs to the royal guard is the one who finds her.He is very different from the princess as he is a man with manners and a very discipline character.
As the story continues they start to have feelings towards each otherTheir love story is very pure and romantic.After Lee Jae Ha and Kim Hang Ah these 2 are my favorite couple!!

King 2 hearts (Part 1)

Korea not only has the best music in the entire world but also the best tv series in the world.King 2 hearts is the 1st South Korean drama that I'm watching.And I'm fascinated by it.The whole cast is one of a kind with Lee Seung-ki as the South Korean Prince Lee Jae Ha and Ha Ji-won as Kim Hang Ah a North Korean special forces officer.The storyline has it's own magic and uniqueness as Lee Jae Ha a very spoiled prince who never had to work and everything in his life was always very easy meets at the military training Kim Hang Ah a special forces officer who has a very discipline character,she is very fearless and independent.But she has never been kissed.So,she enters at this military training hoping to find the perfect man.
The fact that Lee Jae Ha is from the South and Kim Hang Ah is from the North Korea doesn't help at all.In fact when these 2 decide to be together,they come up against with the 2 nations.Also the South Korean citizens don't like the fact that their prince is gonna marry a North Korean.The story gets more intrigued when John Mayer (the evil character of this drama) does everything in his power to destroy the friendship between the 2 nations.He also does other many horrible things and as the story continues you see that he is behind everything.And I mean EVERYTHING. You always keep wondering "What is he gonna do next?"He is very unpredictable.
The tv drama has 20 episodes and each of these is better from the other.The O.S.T is pretty amazing as well!!! (I'm definitely gonna buy it!) It includes songs from Taeyeon (she is the leader of the popular group SNSD) who sings the amazing ballad "Missing you like crazy",K.Will who also sings the very beautiful ballad "Love is crying" and one of my favorite songs from this O.S.T.The magnificent and beautiful Lee Yoon Ji sings another amazing ballad "My first love".She also plays in the drama and she sings that song in episode 7.
